Cooking tour in North India
Delhi - Amritsar - Dharamshala - Jaipur
This journey is a celebration of the senses — of taste and the sacred — an exploration of the deep connection between what we eat, what we believe, and who we are.
Together, we’ll explore a region where food is a ritual, spirituality is lived, and culture is shared in everyday moments. From langars that feed thousands in silence, to mountain kitchens where Tibetan grandmothers roll momos by hand, every stop reveals a new layer of meaning. We’ll sit cross-legged on temple floors, sip chai with wandering sadhus, dance to desert rhythms, explore the subtleties of spices and cook with local families who open their homes and hearts.
The itinerary also explores India’s great spiritual traditions: Sikhism in Amritsar, Tibetan Buddhism in Dharamshala, and vibrant Hinduism in Jaipur. Each city becomes a meeting point of flavors, beliefs, and new perspectives on the world.
This is not just about seeing India — it’s about feeling it through your senses, your stories, your palate.
We stay in simple, comfortable double rooms, choosing modest accommodations over luxury. This conscious choice not only makes the journey more accessible and respectful but also opens space for true encounters. These are the moments that give the journey its deepest meaning.

Veer
– traveler, cultural curator, storyteller, and seeker of truth –
After graduating in Technology in Delhi, I stepped away from the corporate world to follow a deeper calling: to explore the world and create journeys that awaken the soul.
Living across three countries and traveling through more than 20 has taught me that true adventure lies not just in places, but in the connections we make along the way — with people, traditions, and ourselves.
Through The Sangha Project, I co-create transformative experiences that blend eco-conscious travel, ancient wisdom, and meaningful cultural exchange. These journeys are invitations — to slow down, to listen deeply, and to rediscover the sacred in the everyday.
Let’s walk this path together — with curiosity, with intention, and with open hearts.

Long-distance routes like Delhi–Amritsar and Pathankot–Jaipur are done by train, while taxis allow flexibility and comfort in the hills and cities.
Sustainability
The Sangha Project carefully select experiences that respect local traditions, benefit communities, and actively work against the negative impacts of mass tourism, helping to preserve India's rich cultural heritage.

While travel advisories for India may exist, we are dedicated to ensuring your safety and well-being throughout your trip. We carefully plan every aspect of your journey, working with trusted local experts and providing ongoing support, so you can experience the incredible diversity of India with confidence.
