  • Event/Program Bookings: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event start date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Products or Services: If applicable, cancellations will only be accepted before the order is processed or delivered.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed based on the nature of the transaction:

  • Eligible Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
