Initiatory Retreat in Kerala

Initiatory Retreat in Kerala

Overview

“An immersion in the heart of Kerala to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with a deeper and more essential part of oneself.

Through yoga practices, exploration of the sacred feminine, traditional Indian teachings, Ayurveda, and cultural discoveries, this retreat has been designed as a deeply human and transformative experience.
Ayurvedic massages will be offered on-site, and 3 full-day excursions are planned to explore the surrounding areas and discover the culture of Kerala.

Within a small group of women, in a simple and rejuvenating place nestled in the tropical nature of Kerala, we will take the time to:

• fully inhabit the body,
• calm the mind,
• open inner space,
• and explore different facets of the feminine through the great goddesses of India.

Far from tourist routes, this retreat takes place in an accommodation nestled in the heart of a peaceful village surrounded by lush vegetation. The setting naturally invites self-reflection and inner reconnection. The approach is holistic and deeply rooted in Indian tradition.

Between practices, moments of rest, and cultural explorations, this retreat offers a gentle immersion into Indian life and into another way of experiencing time.”
