Yoga, Spirit & Nature in South India
Auroville - Tiruvannamalai - Mahabalipuram
A sensorial, spiritual, and initiatory journey.
An intimate, sacred pilgrimage to the heart of South India — guided by the Five Elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air… and Ether.
This is not just a retreat. It’s a journey inward. A gentle and profound awakening supported by the sacred vibration of India.
Each place visited will embody one of the elements, explored through yoga, meditation, connection with nature and silence, and immersion in Indian wisdom.
You won’t return the same — that’s a promise.
Meditate inside the golden Matrimandir and walk through the lush forests of Auroville, reconnecting with nature and the dream of conscious living.
Stroll along the seaside promenade of Pondicherry, visit Sri Aurobindo’s ashram, and soak in the unique blend of French charm and Indian spirituality.
Hike around the sacred Arunachala mountain in Tiruvannamalai and visit the powerful Arunachaleswarar Temple, immersed in the fire energy of Shiva.
Explore the UNESCO temples of Mahabalipuram carved into stone, then enjoy an Ayurvedic massage or a walk along the ocean breeze.
Practice yoga and meditation daily in open, peaceful settings — from forest clearings to temple courtyards — guided by Keri & Julia.
Join a small, like-hearted group for 10 days of cultural discovery, inner work, and meaningful connection across South India’s most spiritual sites.

Auroville
-Earth | 18–20 Feb
We begin the journey in the forested serenity of Auroville — a unique international township built on ideals of unity, peace, and sustainable living. Ground yourself with the red earth beneath your feet, share your first yoga practices, and visit the Matrimandir, a space of deep silence and inner light. These first days invite you to arrive, to breathe, to connect with the Earth — stable, fertile, holding.
Pondicherry
-Flowing with Water | 20 Feb (Day Trip)
A short excursion takes us to Pondicherry, where the sea breeze meets the French Quarter’s pastel streets. Visit the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, walk silently along the beach promenade, and soak in the calm energy of this coastal town. The water element encourages us to soften, to feel, to let go — a gentle current of emotion and memory.
Tiruvannamalai
-Fire of Transformation | 21–24 Feb
We journey inland to Tiruvannamalai, at the foot of sacred Arunachala, mountain of Shiva. Fire is the element of truth and purification — and here it burns brightly. Visit Ramana Maharshi’s ashram, join a meditative walk around the mountain (pradakshina), and explore one of South India’s most powerful temples, Arunachaleswarar. These days are about inner ignition, spiritual presence, and quiet intensity.
Mahabalipuram
-Breath of Air | 25–27 Feb
Back to the coast, we settle in Mahabalipuram, an ancient city where stone temples open to the sky. Air flows through everything here — in the waves, the palm trees, the rhythm of the breath. Explore UNESCO-protected monuments, enjoy a massage, or rest by the sea. This is a space to integrate, release tension, and reconnect with lightness and flow.
Departure
-Taxi to airport | 28 Feb
On our final morning, we return to Chennai for departures — carrying with us the subtle presence of Ether, the space that holds it all. We close the retreat with a final circle: to reflect, to honor the journey, and to step forward renewed. Ether is the invisible, the sacred link between every experience — and it’s now part of you.
