Overview

Embark on a 15-day journey through Sri Lanka, guided by two brothers, combining daily yoga practice with an authentic cultural immersion.

 

Each morning begins with a yoga session—a peaceful opportunity to reconnect with yourself before setting out to explore the country. Rather than rushing from one attraction to another, this itinerary offers a slower pace, allowing you to settle in, experience local life, and truly connect with each destination.

 

The journey travels from the coastal town of Negombo to the lush highlands of Ella, passing through Sigiriya and Kandy. Along the way, you'll discover ancient temples, tea plantations, picturesque villages, and breathtaking landscapes while balancing inner well-being with cultural exploration.

 

This trip has been thoughtfully designed to help you rediscover yourself while discovering the beauty and spirit of Sri Lanka.

Frédérick Echassoux has been leading group tours since 2012. He will accompany the group throughout the entire journey, starting from Paris Airport, providing French–English translation, leading excursions, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience from beginning to end

François Echassoux – Yoga Teacher

François Echassoux is a certified yoga instructor, trained at the French School of Yoga in Paris (900-hour Madras lineage program). He also holds a 200-hour Hatha Yoga certification from the Samyak Yoga Center in India.

 

With extensive experience teaching yoga and organizing yoga retreats in France, François will lead daily yoga sessions designed to complement the journey and encourage self-awareness, relaxation, and personal growth.

Conclude your Sri Lankan journey with a scenic drive back to Negombo, offering time to relax and reflect before your departure. Enjoy a final yoga session (optional), followed by a comfortable airport transfer for your onward journey.
